We've had a blast hosting the Songwriters in the Round series this year from Scenic City Showcase, sharing the stage with some incredible Chattanooga musicians. We are excited to do this one more time before the year ends on Thursday, December 1, and this lineup is just as special as the others. Come see Magic Birds, along with Lon Eldridge, Marty & Matt Bohannon, Charles Allison and Courtney Holder in a stripped down setting, sharing stories behind some of our songs and performing in the intimate setting of Barking Legs Theater. See our SHOWS page for more details.
Back to the Mill!
We had the pleasure of performing at Ketner’s Mill Country Arts Fair last year and we are proud that we have been asked to come back this year. If you haven't been before, you should check out this festival. It is a lot of fun for the entire family and the setting is one of a kind. See their website at www.ketnersmill.org.
We are performing at 2pm Eastern on Saturday, Oct 15th. We will be at the tent stage inside the fair, near the big food barn. Get there earlier in the day for our buddy Ryan Oyer, and stay after us to see our friends in Caney Creek Company. Should be a fun day!

Putting on your hopping shoes!
The Rooftop Hop is happening in Chattanooga this Saturday 9/24 and Magic Birds will be performing all night long on the roof of our good friends from RootsRated. This is the 5th annual Hop, put on by the fine folks at green | spaces. There is still time to snatch a ticket, so go do that and then hop on over to RootsRated and hang out with us!
Thu 8/4 @ the Hunter Museum
We are honored to be performing live at the Hunter Museum on Thu 8/4 as part of their All American Summer Concert Series. This is an early 'happy hour' show that starts at 6pm, so make sure you head straight over from work. The Hunter folks were also kind enough to work with us on this promotional video for the show...hope you enjoy Feeling Low!
Bring on August & September!
August and September are shaping up very nicely for Magic Birds. In August, we will perform at the prestigious Hunter Museum, take our show to Anderson, SC for the first time and also play at the Revelry Room for the first time, opening for a pioneer of alt-county.
Check out these shows and others on our SHOWS page, and keep checking back as more will be added to September very soon!

June come soon...
June is shaping up to be a great month for Magic Birds!
First, we are proud to announce that we have been added to the lineup of the Amplify Decatur Music Festival on Saturday 6/18. This will be our first trip down to perform in Atlanta, and we couldn't be happier to share the stage with national acts like The Milk Carton Kids, Elephant Revival and Penny & Sparrow.
Then, on Thursday 6/23, we are honored that we will be taking the stage with some of Chattanooga's finest musicians, taking turns playing some of our original songs at Barking Legs Theater as part of the Scenic City Showcase. Come see us share stories and tunes with Nick Lutsko, Ryan Oyer, The Goodbye Girls (Amber Fults & Hayley Graham) and T.J. Greever. This should be a fun night!

Cornbread, here we come...
Thanks to everyone that either came out to see us live or watched us online as we competed in the Road to Nightfall competition at The Granfalloon back in mid-March. We had a blast participating in the competition and we really appreciate all of your support.
Next up, we will be making our first appearance at the National Cornbread Festival in South Pittsburg, TN on Sunday, April 24. Should be deliciously fun!
Also, we will be announcing 2 other exciting shows very soon, so stay tuned....

Magic Birds update
Thanks to everyone that came to see us perform live or at least checked out our music online in 2015! It was a great year for us, especially since we just launched Magic Birds to the public in May 2015. We have had great support from our friends and family, and we have made some great new friends along the way as well.
You may have noticed that we haven't played out live since October. We are not going anywhere, just working on a few new things....maybe some new songs, maybe some new t-shirts, maybe some new members.....maybe Ben is growing out his hair?? We will be back soon, and hopefully with more fire than before! Thanks for your support and we look forward to seeing you all again very soon....
